SR. Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is to maximize the productivity of our Advanced Technology Sales Team. SR. Inside sales representatives will work alongside with internal teams and customers to create the best solution and ensure a smooth sales process. Primary customer base will be with CDWs Enterprise/Select customers.
Key Areas ofResponsibility
Build customer relationships so you can be2nd in command when the ATAE is traveling or out of the office.
Have a high sense of urgency to go aboveand beyond to provide an extraordinary customer experience.
Attend weekly branch office huddles inperson or via phone if remote to further build relationships with salesteam.
Develop respectable working relationshipswith internal departments.
Being proactive with providing pertinentinformation to a client that may affect their business.
Utilize internal and external trainingopportunities to continually develop product knowledge and sales skills.
Understand and maintain in depth knowledgeof relevant products, promotions and announcements.
To train and/or mentor new and existingcoworkers.
Proven ability to undertake andsuccessfully complete special projects
Serve as internal sales support to achieveor exceed assigned sales quotas and goals.
In-dept knowledge of CDW/Cisco systems andprocesses
Deep knowledge of Cisco products, operations,configurations and programs
Education and/or Experience Qualifications
Associates Degree orequivalent work experience
3-5years of experience as a CDW ISR
Beinga leader and following in the CDW Way

Excellentcommunication skills, detail oriented, effective interpersonal skills, anenergetic and enthusiastic individual
Establishthe ability to multitask, organize and prioritize
Confidentwith customer interactions
Capabilityand demonstrated willingness to train a new coworker or mentor an existingcoworker
Abilityand willingness to travel up to 10% or as needed to other CDW locations,meeting and client sitesPreferredQualifications
Prior experience in supportingcomputer hardware, software, solutions or services is necessary
Certifications inAdvance Technology (Cisco)
3 – 5 years of workexperience within the AT industry
Consistently andindependently delivers quality work and receives a high customer satisfactionon annual ATAE survey
