The Marketing Delivery team brings the marketing strategies and plans to life for the customer by becoming expert in effectively executing outbound marketing content and messaging. This team distributes all activities in the marketing plan to customers using the pre-selected marketing channel, including events. They support cross-marketing functions by facilitating traditional project management and providing collateral to the CDW Sales team. This team will oversee and enforce governance, helping to ensure that agreed upon principles and guidelines are taught, communicated, understood and adhered to. This team will also support the technology requirements of the marketing organization, managing rollouts, upgrades, etc.
The Manager, Demand Center is responsible for driving KPI performance by managing the strategic/collaborative development and execution of direct marketing activities with the Integrated Planning, Marketing Delivery and Analytics teams.
Reporting to the Sr Manager, Direct Marketing, this leader is accountable to design, develop & execute the Marketing Campaign contact strategy for email and direct mail activities, with a primary emphasis on email channel. Utilizing insights from reporting, test learnings, and collaborating with key stakeholders to adjust the targeting, engagement strategy and messaging/content to exceed activity KPI goals.
Key Areas of Responsibility
· Lead start to end execution of email and direct mail activities based on Campaign plans.
Analyze email & website metricsto identify drivers and create/execute optimization recommendations toimprove activity performance.
Drive process improvement tomaximize efficiency with the test/learn/implement approach.
Manage targeted list selectionprocess, via IBM Campaign (aka Unica). This includes leveraging models,review/modify/create business rules, and operationalize new processes forsetup efficiency while improving performance.
Provide subject matter expertise bysharing email metrics and insights with key stakeholders in support ofinformed, fact based business decisions on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Develop new opportunities to driveKPI performance such as existing activity optimizations, new activitydevelopment and leveraging new email platform capabilities.
Lead data enhancementprojects, which includes leveraging platform capabilities to improvetargeting/unifying data, optimize backend processes to communicate betweenplatforms and databases.
Responsible for emailplatforms - Eloqua and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget).
Evolve campaignworkflow and targeting processes to maximize efficiency of resources.
Proactivelywork with internal and external stakeholders to ensure company activities areleveraging data & insights.
Collaborate with IntegratedPlanning and Analytics teams to develop strategic campaign opportunities
Managea team of professionals which includes coaching, development and performancemanagement
Provenknowledge of Email fundamentals & best practices such as: CAN-SPAMcompliance, reputation management, industry standard KPIs, deliverability,mobile and email client rendering.
· Bachelor’s Degree
· 5 years of experience in Marketing or related field.
· 3 years of experience with email marketing.
